  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once an order has been dispatched or shipped from our Ludhiana facility, it cannot be canceled.
  • You may request a return or exchange after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Any applicable shipping or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Cancellation by Beatrixy International

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order in rare situations, including:

  • Product, size, or stock unavailability.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided.
  • Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Unforeseen logistical or operational issues.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method immediately.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund applicable as payment is only collected upon physical delivery.
